Take-Two reports on November 9, ten days before GTA 6: what the call can and can't tell us
Take-Two reports its July to September results on Monday, November 9, with a call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern. It is the last update before GTA 6 launches. Here is what to expect.

Take-Two, Rockstar's parent company, reports its results for July to September on Monday, November 9, 2026. It is the last scheduled update from the company before GTA 6 launches on November 19, ten days later. Take-Two announced the date on October 13: results come out after the US stock market closes, and the conference call starts at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, with a live webcast and replay at take2games.com/ir.
Nothing about the game is expected to change. GTA 6 is still November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with pre-load from November 12.
What the call can't tell us
Confirmed. These results cover the three months that ended on September 30. GTA 6 was not on sale in that quarter, so there will be no launch sales figures, no "biggest launch ever" numbers and no player counts. Those should arrive with the next report, early in 2027.
Also confirmed, from last time. Take-Two has never given a pre-order number. On the August call, chief executive Strauss Zelnick called GTA 6 pre-orders "unprecedented and astonishing" and, asked how many copies it would sell, said he did not know and would not say. We would not expect that to change ten days before launch.
What it can tell us
Confirmed figures to check against. In August, Take-Two forecast net bookings of $1.62 to $1.67 billion for this quarter, and $8.0 to $8.2 billion for the full year to March 2027. Take-Two set that full-year forecast with GTA 6 launching in November, so the first thing to listen for is whether it repeats it.
Our guess. If the November 19 date were in any doubt, this is where it would show. We expect the forecast to be repeated and the date restated, the same as in August. Beyond that, expect more adjectives about pre-orders than numbers. If anyone asks about a PC version or GTA Online, we would be surprised by anything more than a polite non-answer ten days before launch.
Why it matters to players
Mostly, it doesn't. This is a call for investors, and the call itself is not where Rockstar shows trailers or new footage. Its value for players is reassurance: the last time the company has to stand up and say, on the record, that the game ships on November 19.
We will listen on November 9 and post anything that matters to players the same evening. Everything else on the way to launch is in the launch week calendar.
