Who keeps it
Digital purchases before November 20, 2026, the day after launch, keep it. Physical Standard Edition copies, which ship from November 12 with a download code, carry the bonus as pre-orders too. Nothing has been said about the pack being sold separately afterwards. Unknown
Versus the Ultimate Edition
The pack is the baseline. The Ultimate Edition's extra $20 adds six more vehicles, weapons and outfits, a raid, a commission and five shops.
