Rockstar's description of Ambrosia is short: an industrial town where the Allied Crystal sugar refinery provides the jobs and "a local biker gang supplies much of everything else." It is the only time the word gang appears in official GTA 6 text. Rockstar has not named the club. Confirmed
What the screenshots show
A column of riders two abreast on cruisers down a highway, every one in a cut: the sleeveless leather or denim vest with patches. A bearded rider with a name patch and a woman in sunglasses. Two men in the back of a convertible throwing hand signs, bare-chested under open vests and covered in ink. And the refinery lit up like a city at night.
What the clothes mean
A cut is not fashion, it is membership: the patches are rank and chapter, bare arms show tattoos that act as a record, and bandanas and wraparound sunglasses are practical on a bike and also make a face hard to describe, which matters in a game where the police track your face (Police leads). Speculation
Where they fit
The refinery, the convertible and the word "supplies" put them in the same line of work as Brian Heder's Heder's smuggling operation: moving product, with Ambrosia as the inland end of the route. Whether Jason's smuggling work brings him to them early is our guess, not a confirmed plot point. Speculation The fan film Most Wanted MC Member is a fair picture of the kind of character who runs a town like this.

Questions
Can you join a gang in GTA 6?
Not confirmed. Jason already works for Brian Heder and Raul Bautista recruits for scores, but Rockstar has not described a gang system like San Andreas had.
